Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tell You about Your privacy rights and now the law protects You. We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The Scope of This Policy

This privacy policy applies to the various products and services provided by the GeeTest website. If we and affiliated companies provide separate privacy policies or similar legal documents within the products or services provided to you, those independent documents take precedence. The customers of GeeTest service are companies. GeeTest does not directly face the end user. This means GeeTest will not acquire the end users’ personal information actively. Before you start to use GeeTest service, we need to sign an extra specific agreement about the pre-requisite you have to meet so as to accord with the local laws and regulations of both parties.

Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

- Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

Please note that by accepting this privacy policy and integrating Our application programming interfaces (APIs), software development kits (SDKs), or other developer tools into your products, You confirm and guarantee that You will comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, formulating and publishing relevant policies on personal information protection and privacy protection in a significant, clear, and understandable language, truthfully, accurately, and completely informing Your users of the purposes, methods, types of personal information processed by GeeTest, and obtaining voluntary, full, and explicit consent from users. You allow Us, under the premise of compliance with relevant laws and regulations, to legally collect and use personal information of Your end users.

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
